Challenge #33: Carrots

What's Up Doc? This weeks challenge is to make something using carrots. Any type you like, from tiny little chantenays to massive great clubby ones.

I only eat carrots raw and on their own. So like. Wash and bite in. Crunch crunch. Like a hamster. LOL

I like doing that, but I also like them warmed. I say warmed rather than cooked because I'm not keen on them soggy.
