I've just seen this, and I already have a pot of leftover soup on the stove (supermarket delivery today and I wanted to use up the old stuff). But the recipe is so obvious (in six words: "sauté sliced veg; add water; season") that it doesn't merit a post to itself, so it gets this comment.
