Both of these are quite rich, and the nut and white chocolate one is pretty filling - almost a meal in itself. They're really great at this time of year when it's getting chilly and you want a warm treat.
Equipment required:
White Chocolate and Hazelnut (this one is for me)

Method:
Extra Rich Dark Chocolate (this one is for my daughter)
Ingredients:
Method:
Equipment required:
- A microwave
- A pint mug
- A fork
- A 1 tbsp and a 1 tsp measuring spoon
- A weighing scale if you can't guestimate 30g butter
White Chocolate and Hazelnut (this one is for me)
Ingredients:
- 30g butter.
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsps self raising flour
- 3 tbsps hazelnut butter (I much prefer this to peanut butter for general use too)
- 3 squares of white chocolate, still connected together
Method:
- Put the butter in the mug and melt it in the microwave. You want it melted but not hot.
- Put the sugar, egg, flour and nut butter into the mug and bash it about with the fork till it's evenly mixed
- Carefully stand your three squares of white chocolate up in the middle of the mug (flat ended chocolate really helps here)
- In a 900watt microwave (which is what mine is) you need to cook for 1 minute 40. You might need to adjust by 5 or 10 seconds either way, depending on your microwave.
- Enjoy warm nutty mug cake with molten white chocolate centre.
