This week includes St David's Day. I would therefore like your recipes for something Welsh. All recipes for cheese-on-toast and things with leeks in gratefully recieved.

I'm gonna need some help here. Aside from cheese on toast with the Worcestershire sauce, I've no clue what Welsh folks eat. *goes to google*
