I made it an hour ago for tomorrow’s shindig and decided to snack on some half a hour later to make sure the flavors were ok (my red wine vinegar was old so I used rice vinegar and a dash of balsamic)

Hooollyyy moly. It’s amazing. This is going into regular rotation especially while fresh sweet corn is available.
