I live in the New Town now. I went to Bowers of Stockbridge. S'where I got the one that you ate the last time. I know Sandersons does them as well (and Sandersons is near Drinkmonger for an added bonus), but they're often frozen.
These had no bones. There was a crunchy bit, but it was shot.
